Any product or part arriving in a defective or damaged condition will be replaced by a new and identical product or part free of charge if we have been notified within fifteen (15) days of receipt. However, if damage has occurred due to mishandling by the freight carrier, we must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
If damage has occurred that you believe was due to mishandling by the freight carrier, please email our Customer Service Department here to advise immediately. We will then file a claim. Please keep all packaging until claim has been settled.
Under certain conditions we will accept returns of our standard products listed on our website within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Any credits issued must be used within six (6) months of date issued.
Please email our Customer Service Department here. Do not send back merchandise without prior authorization or it will be refused. The product must be repackaged as it was originally delivered.
Once the return has been received we will issue a refund or credit for the product total only. Freight charges will not be refunded.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Returned Checks:
Returned or NSF checks will result in your account being placed on a prepaid or credit card only status. A twenty-five dollar ($25) service charge will be assessed for each returned or NSF check.
Refused/Undeliverable Orders:
Please do not refuse an order. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight charges will not be refunded.
